A Platform for Good

Our hashtag developed organically to celebrate our agency culture. Over the years, it has served as a rallying cry, a sign-off, and a way of showing our love to one another.

There is a whole lot of #PHMLove at our agency, and as the initiative has grown to also encompass an annual #PHMLove partnership, we now share that love with organizations outside of PHM whose mission and values matter to us.

Our PHMLove Partnership

PHM is proud to support the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, a leader in pediatric care, recognized nationally for its expertise and significant breakthroughs.

In 2025, PHM participated for the second time in their annual Parkway Run and Walk, a 5k run/2k walk raising funds for breakthrough pediatric cancer research and patient care through CHOP’s Cancer Center. In addition to joining the CHOP community at the event, PHM teams raised over $48,000 for the cause, further supporting the lifesaving work the CHOP teams do each day.

At PHM, we all chose health to make a difference in the lives of patients and providers everywhere and are proud to support CHOP in improving the health of children nationally.

Causes We Support

Giving back is central to our mission. The PHM Culture Committee, comprised of PHM volunteers dedicated to bolstering PHM’s unique culture, partners with local organizations, such as Chicago’s Off the Street Club, to provide opportunities for our people to make a real difference through volunteering and collective community support via food drives, donations and more.

Through our annual Community Service Day, we partner with a local school or nonprofit organization for a full day of upgrading and beautifying facilities, as well as hosting activities for the local community. Additionally, our Volunteer Day benefit allows employees to take one paid day annually to volunteer with an organization of their choosing.

We also support programming from 16+ Publicis Groupe Business Resource Groups, employee-led groups that join together around common interests, backgrounds or demographic factors to help build an engaging and inclusive work environment for all. PHM also joins Publicis Groupe in supporting Working with Cancer, the cross-industry coalition formed to erase the stigma and insecurity of cancer at work, providing a welcoming and comforting workplace for employees diagnosed with cancer.
